2020 Gladiator Rubicon
It appears I've damaged my steering damper, not so much the dent but the split casing (item 1). Coincidentally, a steering stabilizer upgrade was next on the upgrade list so not so bad timing. But could that be related to and affect my sway bar disconnect? I know exactly when the damage occurred to the steering damper and since that incident I haven't been able to disconnect the sway bar. (note: I was trying to disconnect the sway bar prior to knowing the damage occurred, I wasn't actively trying to disconnect it knowing I had a broken piece of my steering).
Also, is the bracket nut (item 4) supposed to be sticking out to the left like that? I would have thought it should be behind the bracket to the axle.
