Took a look tonight and i believe i have the set screw...though it doesn’t look like it does a lot of anything to me.

i ended up taking out the copper ring and realigning the holes. Ill have to see if it makes a difference.

That is the older design - the new one has a screw on the bottom. I could be wrong but I don't think the copper ring is supposed to come out. If it comes out I imagine it could rotate and block the grease hole.

I agree. I had the old design and had the same issue. My copper ring rotated and got jammed up and started making a lot of noise. They sent me the new one but I haven’t installed it yet.
