Tailgate a good thing

One of the things i always hated about my JK was the swinging door vs tailgate. especially for fishing and parking on the side of the road, that door can be a real PITA. Tailgate is better for sitting and putting on waders too. They really should figure out how to switch to a tailgate on the jl too

I agree mostly. We have a JT and a JL. the tailgate is great, with the exception of the dog getting in and out. Much easier in the JL. Have fold up steps for the JTR, and that’s before the lift. I’m going to need a crane after.
