Take-offs / Used Tires and Tire Warranty

Does anyone know if you still get the 40k-60k mile warranty most tires come with when you buy tires used or near new take-offs?

I've looked through the falken warranty and it specifically says if the tire has been changed from the original vehicle, but I'm not sure how they'd know. Most warranties also say off-roading can void the warranty as well.

Wonder what everyone else's thoughts and experiences are on this?
