Taser JL Mini Issue

I am having issues re-mapping a right Cruise control (RES/Cruise+/Cruise-) to initiate my "TURN ASSIST". I am running v11.4.4 and when I attempt a re-map to the right button I want it isn't taking.

The vehicle it is in is a 2021 Gladiator Rubicon JT with the 3.6L gas engine.

Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it?

I've had so many problems trying to remap any of those buttons so a little help would be nice. It seems to just fly through the options so I have to guess and hope it lands on the right one. How do I get it to not do that?

I haven't had this issue on the same model of Glad but on an older code. Can't remember which one but I'll check in a bit.
Did this only start to happen after the upgrade or is this the first time you're attempting to map it?

How are you attempting to map it?
If you're not already, you should be going to page 7 on the EVIC so you can see the options as you scroll through them.
PRESS AND HOLD (the entire time) the right arrow (on the left side of the wheel) then PRESS and RELEASE the button you want to remap. Do not hold.. just click and it should cycle through each option.
Then once you reach the option you want it to stay on, release the right arrow.
To activate the option you have selected, press and release the key you remapped.

I've tried. When I do that it just maps whatever it shows even though I'm holding the arrow still. I have to hold the button I want to map to get it to cycle and it flies through them. Also should have mentioned I have a pulsar as well so don't know if that has to do with it. I know holding the right arrow and pressing cancel cycles through the pulsar menu so I've found it impossible to remap the cancel button ?

Well that part is normal! Only Speed +, -, and Resume are mappable.

Thanks Redbearon. I should have typed out the whole issue from the start. I received my Taser JL Mini last Friday directly from Z Automotive. Right out of the sealed box I had an issue. There was no "MARRY" button and only a code to "Un_Marry and the code". Which indicates it had previously been Marred to something. A e-mail was sent Friday afternoon. I received a Code Monday morning with instructions, and I was off to the races.

I originally set up the Winch Idle set up on the RES button but I re-mapped it to the Left Cruise + button I wish to use either the Cruise _ or the RES for the Turn Assist. Like the BringTheLightnin I have to press and release the Cruise- (if that is the button I chose to re-map) to advance through which widget (ie Turn Assist).

Chris has been quick to respond, but the time zone difference and their work make e-mail contact a once a day thing.

My Taser arrived with the v11.4.3 which I updated to v11.4.4.

I am open to suggestions...

I manage to get the RES button mapped. I am not exactly sure what I did different other than have the seatbelt done up....

Sadly with my truck the inside wheel does NOT drag as much as I have seen on others in videos.

How does someone wipe out all the current settings and start fresh. I suspect an "Un-Marry" and a "marry" might do part of it.... but would like confirmation.
