I’m kinda new to this stuff and wasn’t exactly sure how or where to post my update and out come.
A couple days ago I started a post “Tazer Mini Saga”. My Tazer died after about 6 months and I had some pretty serious issues. I was sent a new Tazer but was given zero instruction or direction and I was completely lost. I was beyond pissed and frustrated. After a couple days ZAuto finally started replying to my texts. And answered most of my questions that fixed all my issues.
The most serious problem caused by the unexplained death of the Tazer, was loss of 4WD. When the Tazer died it somehow told my Jeep that I didn’t have a front axle FAD system. After changing the settings, under “off road” and making sure “front axle” is YES, NOT No, doing a full reboot and a few sleep cycles all is good.
While the Tazer is quirky… I’m still a fan and will continue to use it. I just hope ZAuto will work harder to improve their customer service.
Now that I’m kind of an expert on the good and bad. Feel free to ask. I am glad to help.
