I've had a set of teraflex short arms installed for about 3 years now. After a trip to moab, I came home with a popping/clicking sound when going over bumps from the rear end. I discovered the inner metal sleeve of one of the control arms had cracked. I replaced it and a little while later the noise came back. I discovered that another 2 control arms had the same issue on the rear axle on the opposite side. Replaced them.
A few months went by and now I have the same issue on the front axle with at least one control arm. While I'm aware that bushings are wearable items. It seems pretty bad that they're all failing so severely. Aside from possible part quality issues, what do you think could cause this?
