Received my brand new 3.1 shocks after installing my 3.5” teraflex coil lift on my 22’ Mojave. Ordered the bushings as well for the Mojave. First issue was two Mojave bushing kits arrived with only a single upper bushing. I was assured that was incorrect and sent another kit. Few days later another kit, Once again another single upper bushing. My shocks showed up a couple weeks later (still no lower bushings yet) and I was able install the rears without issue. Fronts I replaced the upper bushings and was checking the shocks. Passenger right has no gas charge. Super soft to push down and zero rebound. Contrary to the driver side which is stiffer and rebounded immediately. Teraflex was great in getting back to me and sending out another shock asap. My question is anyone had issues like this with Teraflex recently? Had Teraflex since my JK over 10 years ago. Never an issue until recently. See attached.

I think they have slipped a smidge since being bought out and taken over by a company called Wheel Pros backed by Clearlake Capital group two years ago.

I still think they are a premium company and would buy from them again.

Yeah Im connecting with some local shops tomorrow after speaking with my neighbour. He stated most of the mountain bike suspension rebuilders here in Whistler can nitro charge shocks easily to 100psi.

Had the shock nitro charged to 100psi, its slightly better but not by much and rebounds very slowly. Unfortunately need to put it on and Teraflex is still sending a replacement.

I've been super happy with Teraflex customer service so far. Had a few question when I installed my 3.5" lift and received responses less then an hour. I lost a nut off a sway bar link out on the trail. I emailed Teraflex and they replied with in the hour that they were shipping out a new sway bar link with nut free of charge. Order shipped out the same day.

I wish I could say the same about Extreme Terrain. They have screwed of all 3 of the orders that I placed with them. CS not helpful in the slightest.

Hope you get your bushing situation sorted out.
