the dashboard doesnt working

Hello everybody from France!

I have bought a JTR in your country in 2020. We need orange turn light and specific red stop lights in Europe, needing to change some switch on the BCM. Everything was done in a JEEP store at this time.

Everything is working since this time, I love this truck.
But I have a problem on the dashboard since a couple of days, it doesn't work anymore. The pointer on circle (sorry for my words, translation is not perfect) left and right are working with the RPM and mile meter, and lighting right under these circle.
But nothing in the middle: no jhighspeed, no fuel jauge, no water jauge, no ... nothing

I didn't use something special, no offroad, no raining inside, nothing. Everything else is working normally: engine, lights.

My first suggestion would be to disconnect batteries for a while.

If that doesn't fix it, then it might need a new cluster. It's a common issue.

This thread talks about a company that has fixed a fwe of them. THey are in the states though, so I'm not sure what kind of pricing you'd be looking at.

thanks a lot! I tried yesterday with the battery without positive issue

I have read the link with the US society which repair the cluster (I know the right word "cluster" now!)
Do you have the mopar ref. if I decoide to buy a new model? My JT is a rubicon 3.6l
