I didn’t, but the factory wires are still there, right? The ones that used to connect to the two security ports.

Everything is hooked up like factory on my Jeeps. The SGW is still hooked up, there is no SGW bypass. When you look under the dash it is completely stock.
The Tazer uses 12+, Ground, 2 CAN C wires and 2 CAN IHS wires. These are countless places in jeep that have the CAN Bus wires. There are some in the back behind the panel on the back wall, ect... I simply made a harness so that I could connect into the CAN bus, 12+ and ground anywhere in the truck I want. With my harness you could for example put the Tazer behind the back interior panel or under the center consul or in the B pillar... You will never find mine and if you can't find it, you can't remove it... The wires are not hooked into the wires by the SGW.
That is why I always say, it is only as good as the install... I essentially did the same thing with the Tazer as other people are doing with their hide away Kill switches.

I really should make a video explaining the how the different CAN Bus Immobilizers and the Tazer relocation harness works, it would be easier to understand. Problem is I don't know how to use You Tube or any social media ?

Me either. I’ll watch videos, but have zero interest in uploading them. I’ll never have “a channel”

(all while those who have mastered Youtube can't do squat technically or electrically but sure pretend they can. )
