Thinking about new Jeep

I Have a few questions regarding build and price of a new Jeep. If you select steel bumper group building a 2 door Rubicon you have no choice but to accept the Warn Zeon 10S winch but why is the winch option not available with other Rubicons? Why is the OEM steel bumper a $995 option but if you buy the same bumper group after vehicle purchase each bumper is $1200-$1500?

Parts going to the factory for installation don't have to be individually packaged and processed for consumer presentation. There is usually some form of 'discount' to have add-on or upgrade Parts installed by the factory.
