No I didn't. I will see if they have any in the Jeep store inside the plant.the coins will be on ebay during the Union labor dispute.

Not yet. But I will be asking for one. Hopefully they have some in the Jeep store inside the plantI bet just the factory workers get them.
Both!! I think I’ll get three. One for top and two to cover my trail rated badges! So are we sticking plywood badge etc to the roof carpet or applying to the badging area on truck exterior?

No, but I hear some of the old timers talking about them. It's a tightly kept secret. I'll do some investigating and see if I can get my hands on one.Have you ever seen the extremely rare and ever so elusive Plywood Badge?
I'll trade you a plywood badge for a union coin. =)No, but I hear some of the old timers talking about them. It's a tightly kept secret. I'll do some investigating and see if I can get my hands on one.
So some of wanted to make the pilgrimage to 419 at some point but we heard a viscous rumor no more tours of the Jeep Plant? So if we do come home to Toledo, is it like Jeep museums or do you guys live like the rest of metropolis, sort of nothing to see here Jeep wise? I'll give you a for example. Yes, in my home state, yes the Grand canyon is still open for business even during govt shutdowns! So here in Az, tours still happening! So two questions, do you guys build Jeep's for the govt during shut downs? And second, can you tell us a plant tour is possible or not? Thanks in advance, we know you are busy building Jeep!!!Toledo area code

Thank you. Hope you'll let us know how to show our appreciation for your work on our Jeep Trucks. We are a rough bunch, but we stick together, and I for one support your efforts. I guess that's sort of a Jeep, thing, talking trash but pulling someone with a smile when they need. Any updates on your thread topics appreciated tooNothing is built during a shutdown.
Jeep has never allowed tours since I have worked there. During 1 shutdown a few years ago they did have a family day at the plant. Each employee was allowed to bring family and friends.
Due to trade secrets, most Automakers don't do public tours anymore.
Just last year at the F-150 plant in Dearborn Michigan, 2 GM engineers were caught going thru the plant during a public tour. Guess they were trying to figure out how the F-150 was capable of being built so fast. Not sure if Ford banned public tours after that incident.
Sneaky Bastards! Lmao!2 GM engineers were caught going thru the plant during a public tour.
