since nitrogen is the larger molecule, it must be the o2 leaking out, which means the more that leaks, the higher ratio of nitrogen remains in the tire…. After multiple refills and leakage, You should eventually end up with just nitrogen in your tire for free!
Sounds like one of Zeno's Paradoxes.

That’s possible but not guaranteed. It could happen if the tire is sealed to the rim tight enough so that the nitrogen molecules can’t escape. It’s a fine line and one that a tire shop wouldn’t have the ability to measure. There’s so much variation in tire and wheel manufacturing that to guarantee a particular tire/wheel combo won’t leak nitrogen but could leak oxygen is nearly impossible. People definitely get lucky every now and then but that’s what it is, luck.

There's a bottom line here, regardless of the nitrogen vs. helium vs. neon vs. oxygen in tires discussions..........
Fill the tires to the recommended inflation for your truck (if stock tires, use the door sticker, has always worked for me and wears tires very evenly) - do this at about 70 degrees.
From there, forget the increases in pressure while driving or hot.
In the winter I add air to get the pressure up and keep the footprint right, then in the spring I adjust it again.
