Gladiator Overland has stock 255/70R18 tires with 36 psi. Putting new 305/60R18 on stock rims, what PSI should I be running with these bigger tires?

Ask the shop for a recommendation when the new tires are installed. I would start with the recommended 36psi, or just a little lower, and adjust up or down depending on how it handles. I run the stock tires on my Overland at 40psi.

I was running 33psi on my Max Tow with 315 70 17 BFG KO2S installed only because it was a decent ride with that PSI and same tire on my JKU. I recently raise it to 43 psi and found that on the JT it was a much nicer ride feel with the Higher psi. There are no right answers here, everyone rides with different PSI in their tires and thinks that's what you should run. Just play with it a little and find a nice spot that feels comfortable.

you should probably be running on the pressure the door sill states regardless of the size of the tire. That pressure number comes from the manufacturer based on the weight and dynamics of the vehicle, not so much on the size of the tire

So many different opinions haha I like the ride and tread print of my 35” Toyos at 32PSI. The 36 PSI ride was fine too, but the tread was not flat enough for my liking. Play around with it and find yourself a good ride and flat tread print.

It has factory 255’s? Pizza cutters?
Overland comes with street/highway tires. It has the trail rated badge, but is intended for the group that rarely leaves the pavement.

I get that. But 255’s aren’t street tires to me.

Do they actually come with 255’s? Pics?
