Get a weight distribution hitch and you will be fine. E2 equilizer. I have around 4400lbs loaded travel trailer.Regarding towing travel trailers, has any one felt the need for air bags in the rear? I had them in my Ford and they made a big difference with the heavy trailer I had at the time. My current trailer is approx 3400 pounds loaded with about 400 pounds tongue weight. Trailer is in the shop so have not been able to hook up and give it a try. Driving a Sport S w/max tow.
Thank you but not relavant my specific question. I have already addressed your suggestion in previous post.Get a weight distribution hitch and you will be fine. E2 equilizer. I have around 4400lbs loaded travel trailer.
No bags needed. I have the same size trailer and have pulled it 3,000 Miles so far this summer. I’m reluctant to lift the front because I’m perfectly level while towing and it’s only a slight rake when not.Regarding towing travel trailers, has any one felt the need for air bags in the rear?
