Hi,

I am having issues with this stupid TPMS sensors reading. I got a set of new rims and tires. I got the black rhinos arsenals with some Kendra tires. I can’t get these things to work properly. 1 out of 4 are picking up and even the mechanic couldn’t keep them working. At one point all 4 did work but can’t get it to work. Anyone else have this issue?

Apparently, it is an issue with distance to the RF module. Others have reported similar issues with aftermarket wheels on the newer (post 6/21) TPMS system. If the factory TPMS sensors are not working properly, my only suggestion is to have the tire store install a set of what they sell and see if it helps. Maybe try it with just one wheel and move it around to see what the response is in each position.

Yeah it’s weird. I had my tires rotated today and the only one that reads is the front drivers side. That was the only one to read prior to the tire rotation too. This week I am going to try and over fill it than drop the tire pressure to 25psi or so than fill it back up to spec. Hopefully figure this out or just go back to turn off the whole tpms with the tazer again.
