Are you willing to buy aftermarket TPMS sensors?
Costco has pretty much everything on hand.
I just bought some for $39 including installation and wheel balancing. Not bad.

It appears that Costco won't put their sensors in unless you buy tires from them as well. I already have the tire, and the wheel. I just need the spare tire swapped to the nice matchy-matchy wheel.
I'd rather stick with OEM as I use the tire fill assist on a regular basis and if it doesn't work it'll annoy me enough I'll have to tear the thing apart again.
I think found the OEM one on Ebay, so I'm going to give that a shot.

Buyer beware! The TPMS have a battery life. I bought 4 OEM in the past from eBay and within 3 months 2 failed. These went on JL Rubicon tires/rims. Ended up going to Discount Tire and having them replace all. No issues with the TPMS from Discount!

Any quality TPMS sensor will have a date on it. So you can tell how long its been sitting on a shelf.

When I bought new tires and wheels at Discount Tire in August I went to a Jeep dealer for a set of
TPMS sensors .They told me there was 6000 on back order with no eta . Rather than pay $240 at
Discount I just had them swap them out . No charge ! My local store is great . I expected some kind of charge because the did have to break down the old tires to do the swap .
