Trail camera relocation?

So I have a '24 Rubicon X that has the cam in the grill. I would like to install the three pre-runner lights kit. I really would like to keep them as high as possible in the grill. Problem is in the cam is where I would like to have the LED. I know I'm O.C.D. I mean C.D.O. How can I mount the cam lower, can I use a grill insert from another year that will let me mount both cam and LED in the center with the cam lower? I could swap the center grill insert over one slot, if so will that be a very bad location for the new camera perspective when using it for spotting? Yes I know the camera "should be as high as possible to give the best view. I am open to running (4) LED's which would work but most kits offer only (3) lights. Any suggestions please

Above!!! I put these lights in and they look great. Best fit, looks factory and easy to install

I suggest getting a second camera and mounting both 3" off center, thus making room for the center light.
Then will have 3D imaging capabilities with the camera.

Use the light kit that @XraytecH suggested and make it into a smile (but that kit should have all seven)?? Then the camera isn’t in the way.
