Hey all! I ordered some traction boards as well as some other tools I’d like to mount to the trail rail. I spent a while in ACE today trying to find a good fastener setup that would work with the trail rail, but no success.

Anyone have a recommendation on where to get some t-bolts/t-nuts/whatever that interface with it?

not gainfully employed. Too old, been there done that.
I have Built Right's rails, but I understand they are the same size as factory. I have the molle panels on the sides, so QuickFist for tools.

However, you asked about fasteners for the rails. I went to my local Orange Depot store to the electrical department. In the "Superstrut" area I bought the cone nuts that go inside the rails, and square washers with magnets to go on the load side of the rail. I got both 1/4" and 3/8" sizes. They also had 1/2". Then I strolled over to the hardware area, and picked up a few eye bolts and a couple pieces of threaded rod. A couple of those cone nuts, square washers, threaded rod, nut, and a knob is what I'll be using to attach my traction boards to the front rail. The eye bolts will go in the side rails for general load securing. Maybe $4-$5 in parts for each set.

Safe travels!
