Transmission Lag and Hard Shift

Bought a 2020 JT in August. Has some trouble shifting between 7th and 8th gear going between 35-45 mph from time to time and has recently started jerking in 2nd or 3rd gear when going 20-25 mph through my neighborhood. Anyone else having these issues?

On OEM Sport size tires, you should not be shifting into 8th gear and probably even 7th gear at those low speeds.
