Does anyone have experience with the LED light pods from Traveller/Tractor Supply? I've seen some at my local store. 4" inch for $45 a piece. The price is good, but does the performance reflect the price?

I threw some on my bumper, for when I have my top off. (My lights are on the back of the top). I have an led bar in the bumper, but wanted a little additional light. I like them for the price. I’ll try to get a couple of pics tomorrow.

I had some I used for pillar lights on my old 21 Ranger Tremor. They seemed to be fine for the money. You have to buy the wiring kit separately.

You can use any wire kits or make your own. They get you to buy their kits by wiring the lights backwards. + is -. Keep that in mind if you cut the stock connections off.
Edit: The red wire is negative.

Here’s how I mounted mine. I have a multi light controller, so I just had to run the wires up to the under hood box. For the price, they give off decent light.

I did a lot of search for LED lights and considered the Traveler brand also. I really liked the blackout ones but reviews say the light output was not very good. I never considered the other ones because the light output was not enough for me. I tie them into my high beams so they come on automatically (or not).
I have purchased over 20 different LED lights and bars in the past and I generally get what I pay for if I shop around online (or ebay for me). China $40 for 40" light bar will be bright and only last a few months before moisture gets in it and it slowly burns out. The Traveler LED's at Tractor Supply are mid-upper grade build quality and under my use I would expect them to last a few years. My most recent was Rough County from their scratch and dent section on ebay. $100 for 40" and it is the best quality and brightness I have seen.

I didn't use much of their kit because my Ranger had auxiliary switches.
