Installed the Teraflex 1.5" level kit on my Mopar 2" lift today. I also reinstalled my 37s. Picked my truck up from having the TSB work done yesterday.

After the level kit install and reinstall of my 37s (put the stockers on for the TSB work) I took it for a short drive to heat it up since I was going to change the oil and stability control went offline with 3 lights on the dash.

Hooked up JSCAN and have the following codes:

C0051-62--steering wheel position sensor
U0415-00--Invalid data received from anti-lock brake system control module
U0418-----Invalid Data Received From Brake System Control Module

I mean what in the hell. I disconnected both plugs on the axle and reconnected without issue, Just took them off and plugged them in again, all the pins and sockets looked fine. I also just re-centered the steering wheel since that might be throwing the first code?

I have not programmed for 37s yet, would that do anything? I mean none of this happened when I installed the Mopar lift and I never recentered the steering wheel then....

We’re you playing the radio while adding the spacer kit? Did you disconnect the battery negative before unplugging the modules? Both can cause your issue. If the codes don’t resolve overnight, disconnect the negative battery lead for a few minutes and try it again.

I do not on any of those you mentioned. I cleared the codes with JSCAN after recentering the steering wheel and went for a short drive and it didn't go haywire. I will say my steering wheel was probably 1/3rd of a turn to the right so I think that might have made everything go wild. I will go for a longer drive after I change the oil and see if all the lights come on again.

Thanks for your help

I think you will be fine. Sounds like the codes set and you cleared them. If everything was put back properly, that should be the end of it.

I appreciate your help! The last code, U0418 was still showing with "testing" as in the pic above so I might try pulling the negative as you mentioned to see if that clears. That was the first time I ran an advanced scan with JSCAN.

Do you know if you can drive around with the security bypass disconnected, say to drive around with JSCAN connected?

An out of center steering wheel will cause that.

Been like that since JK's. Even being 1/8" off center will cause ESC to go nuts.

Awesome, that's really good news. Glad it is an easy fix and not something major. Thanks for your help!
