I’ve had this same exact sound on my 2021 Mojave since about 3-4 months after I bought it.

Time to get a torque wrench!!

Which part got loosened? And why it happened like that? Isn’t quite dangerous?

Not really sure which part is loose. I mean, I made it out to Utah and took me to the Top of the World and most of the passes in CO from PA so it can’t be THAT dangerous. More annoying than anything…

I may just get a torque wrench and torque everything down to be safe.

Out of all of the posts regarding this sound, the majority of the responses have to do with things not being torqued properly, especially JTs a week removed from the showroom floor.

Something sounds looses under a load. Good luck, hope you can find the source. I’ve been running Clayton also and have been hunting a clunk/rattle over washboard bumps for over a month with no luck.

Did you figure it out why?

Nope. Been chasing it. Retighten every nut and bolt I can find multiple times still noisy. ??‍♂. It all started when the temperature started dropping below freezing here. It seems the colder it gets the worse the noise is.

Check the sway bar at both full right and full left lock. Sounds like it’s binding on something then releasing. Probably left a scratch mark by now.

Not sure if you figured it out yet, I had the same issue. ended up being the frame mounted side of the track bar, somehow after like 50 miles it loosened up a tiny bit and would make a kink noise when turning or the wheels over a bump at an angle. Tightened that nut and it has been good since.

Is your noise front or rear?

Cool good luck, I found the noise after pushing the front bumper at a 45* angle towards the jeep, it would rock and cause the track bar to shift over the axle and the noise was found. Let us know how ya make out

Given you have a 2023, I doubt this is it, but it also has that distinct pop of a U-joint about to give up the ghost with chewed up or missing bearings. However, that's usually more in 4WD and under load.
