Quick question, which of the positive leads go to the aux battery?

You clamp the battery charger on to the main battery positive and it hits the aux battery positive. No need to pull any positive cables off.

Here is how I charged my aux battery on my 2020 back then -

PS, you da man. I just pulled everything apart. Put the charger on the aux and it showed 100%. Then I put it on the battery and it was 50%. I also have the ISB of the terminal and unplugged.

What were the dash issues? Mine out of the blue lit up the Start/Stop issue light, the traction control issue, and the ABS light. I'm attempting a trickle charge before forking out the money for ne batteries.
I don't remember all the messages that came up on the dash. Our JT is my wifes daily driver, so I went off of what she said. I had to jump start her once to get her and the JT home. The first clue was the remote start feature quit working. We use the remote start a lot.

I'm too old to care about moding and removing the Aux battery. Keep it simple stupid (KISS) is my motto since I am in my 60's.. I have more money, (not a lot), than I have the need of stress. Which may happen when one mods electronics.

I just ordered 2 new batteries and installed them in the driveway after I checked the voltage of the new batteries. They were good. But I trickle charged the new ones overnight before install.

Going thru the fender well was not bad for the Aux battery replacement. I bought a plastic rivet tool and plastic rivets for my Jeep TJ so I had those on hand, to reinstall the fender liner.

Getting up off of the floor several times for another tool was the kicker to this old man.

Be well. Jeep on.

Eric
