This is intended to inform Veterans about benefits that they earned and are entitled to. Please don’t take this down a political path.

Public service announcement for the Vets out there…if you deployed during the GW, OEF, OIF, OND, etc…recommend that you take stock of your current health situation (see VA link below for list of presumptive conditions) and review this Act if you haven’t already done so.

Even if it’s going to take you time to get your documents in order…as long as you get your intent to file submitted by August 9th, you can still be eligible for benefits backdated to August 10, 2022.

The PACT Act is a new law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances.
The PACT Act adds to the list of health conditions that we assume (or “presume”) are caused by exposure to these substances. This law helps us provide generations of Veterans—and their survivors—with the care and benefits they’ve earned and deserve.
