Mine the same, but by hand guage they are spot on. No big deal.

Let your OCD snack on this. When they warm up, they equalize at 39psi, except LR is still 1psi higher than the rest.

That's a good question. I have to go by the dash, and the gauge on the portable compressor. I don't remember what I did with the pressure gauges.
