Year 6 of ownership and I’m still loving the Gladiator. It literally changed the direction of my business, and now focused on Jeep (*cough*) and Bronco graphics. I’ve made this our shop demo vehicle and no longer drive it daily. Instead, I wheel it several times a year and with that continue to upgrade parts. Most recently the move to 40” tires, 1 ton axles and a big brake kit. Currently doing my break-in and had an opportunity to do an impromptu photoshoot. I’m no pro, but was pretty happy with my iPhone pics and basic editing. Enjoy!

Do you have a build thread?
Curious as to the suspension manufacturer and amount of lift.

I have not done a build thread. I'm sure it's like many, where part ahve been replaced many times, and mistakes were made. It's really a congomeration of parts. However I can tell you where its; at now for suspenstion.
Started as a Synergy Stage 3 - 3" kit and now much is not left of it. Replaced 3"springs with 4.5" EVO springs. The tie rodf and track bars have been replaced with Steer Smarts Yeti units. Falcon SP2 3.3 shocks, PSC steering, Anti-Rock front and rear sway bars.

Truck looks awesome, this reminds me to get my pillar blackouts ordered. Got the wife’s JLU done last summer.

It takes a lot of skill to park the car like this.

Nicely done. Is that cliffhanger? I could be way off, but it looks familiar.
Rusty Nail I believe. ...I did do cliffhanger, but in a rental Jeep. 😳

welcome to the club and great looking rig! Super clean build. Would love some more feedback on the axles swap. I'm looking into the AMW Hemi conversion and trying to decide on going "full-send" and doing upgraded axles. Currently running 37's on a Clayton 3.5 overland plus kit with 5:13's and very happy overall except for the anemic factory underwhelming motor.

Beautiful rig as well!

I will say this, I didn't break a stock axle, but I just moved to 40's, and was on my 2nd rear gear set from Yukon, and needed a 3rd. I decided this was the time (you're never ready), but went with Curri Semi-float, to save some costs (didn't to buy wheels again, among other things). The 60's came with 5:38 gears and while it feels good down low, my 8th gear is 60-70 at best. Anything more and i'm back in 6 and 7. It's alot of weight for this little engine to be lugging down the road. So, i'm in that bnoat of wanting a bigger engine. However, I don't daily this, so am willing to deal with my sacrifice for off road capabilities.

Much appreciated feedback. I'm in the same boat as I have a killer Tremor for a DD (First 24+ one on 6" BDS and 37's in the country too). However, every darn time I jump in the Gladiator for an outing I cringe at the lack of actual engine power to move it even with the 5:13's on 37's. Hence, I want to go down the rabbit hole of AMW and the Hemi Conversion. As if that wouldn't be enough, then you end up looking at axles too to sustain the added torque.

I hadn't done enough research on the Curry set up but I like the idea of not having to order new wheels just for the Dana 60 upgrade.

Cheers!
