Weird noise in dash when ac is on

Hey guys! This is my 2022 Mojave. I purchased it 3 months ago and tonight while at a drive thru this noise started… anyone has any clue on what this could be?

I noticed the same sound in my 2021 Mojave but it isn’t as loud as what yours is in the video. Usually don’t have the AC on in the summer since I like to have the windows open.

might have the dealer check it out on my next oil change.

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but did either of you get this resolved? I have a similar clicking sound when using the auto HVAC setting, but as Von said above me, it is not quite as loud as OP's sound. I also get a more rapid, constant clicking sound when I switch it to vent-only mode. It seems to be an intermittent issue, doesn't happen all the time.

It definitely seems to be one of the actuators in the vents...I am just really not looking forward to a Jeep dealership tech having to potentially disassemble the dash.

I ran a scope down into the vents and the doors (the ones I could find) appeared to be opening normally, but I could've missed something.
