Auto Stop off when ac or heater is on.

I usaully turn my auto start off before driving away. The other day I forgot but the heater was on. I was at the first light from where I live and the engine didn't shut off. I chaecked the screen display and it read auto stop not working due to heater or ac on. I figure this is normal, I like the feature.

Or the engine temp, was not hot enough if was the first light from where you live.There is like 15 different factors why it wont work.Its posted somewhere in these forums.

Thanks , I found it . It's normal when ever the AC or heater is on.

Where I live my AC is pretty much always on so my start/stop never does it's thing. Super rare. I forget it's even there.

I was told by service manager that there's something like 18 (give or take) reasons why it will not work as designed.
