Weird qyick rumble when coming to a stop !

Ok guys I need help figuring this out ,I have bought a 2020 jeep gladiator overland with 55k miles on it ever since I bought it I was feeling a really weird vibration or kind of like a quick rumble after coming to a complete stop ,it feels more like the auto stop/start trying to work but is not because I have it off at all times ,I also feel it when I let go the brake and hit the gas to take off ,my transmission was bad and I end up getting a brand new one ,brand new !!!
So even whith the new transmission I still have the same issue so obviously it wasn't the transmission like I thought it was .
Does anybody know what the hell this is????is so annoying and it comes and goes ?

Take it back to who replaced your transmission.

Stabbing guess, it sounds like the electric vacuum pump making noise to build pressure for the brakes. After that, I would be looking at the ABS module.

I really don't know what to do because it was doing the same thing with the old transmission
