- 2015 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel
I live in diesel country, so my dealership has 8 full time diesel techs. 2 of those techs are certified on the EcoDiesel. They are good diesel techs, and I would trust them with any type of repair. Fortunately, I've had minimal issues with any of my EcoDiesel engines. Our oldest EcoDiesel is in a 2015 Ram with 124,000 miles. It's needed a water pump, EGR cooler, and DEF pump, other than that, it's been mostly problem free. The 2020 Ram EcoDiesel now has 43,500 miles. It's been flawless. And the 2023 Gladiator EcoDiesel is fairly new, so no issues so far.I've had nothing but reliable service from my dealership.
I've got no complaints about my dealership. They have a dedicated diesel mechanic. That's all he works on until he's got no more diesels to maintain.
