OHJeeper replied that he has ACC and there is a connector plugged into that connector under cowl and that wire goes back into the firewall , so perhaps it is for ACC…..Jack

It’s for the electric windshield de-icer. It keeps the area of the windshield that the DASM camera looks through clear of fog/frost/ice.
The control wire originates at the BCM and runs to the relay trigger coil in the PDC. The output runs from the PDC to the connector shown in the OP, and that’s where it terminates on a non-ACC vehicle.

This is the connector that is populated with the wires:

Ah! so the de-icer FOR the ACC (DASM) but not the ACC module itself. Thanks for clarifying!

So that's where I was assuming if indeed it was connected to ACC vehicles - it's for the defog element on the top of the windshield on ACC vehicles.
The BCM being where it is, and the relay in the PDC being where it is, that makes sense.
