I've always been happy with my service department but this recent level of effort on a relatively petty problem goes above and beyond, had to give them props. I had a slitghly annoying buzz / vibration from one rear speaker. Just look at the notes this tech put in. Even if they didn't actually do all this it was a lot of effort just to create the notes
