You mention "the axle sensor replacement". What is that? is it a TSB??
I don’t know if it is TsB but they have a supposed fix for it even though it didn’t work for me last week. The lock differential light stays on even though obviously it’s not locked. Doesn’t effect the way it drives at all.

I have the stock suspension with no lift. How may of you with this issue have done anything different with your suspension including lifts?

I also wonder if anybody had this noise UNTIL a suspension change. @Maximus Gladius post about the air bags above got me thinking.

I’m having the mystery “squeak” from my suspension also. I noticed it after the installation of the Mopar lift although my family says it would happen since vehicle purchase. No luck in finding source(s). It sounds like a bad bushing.

I'm another one with squeaky rear suspension when it gets cold out. About 40 degrees F or colder seems to be the cutoff for me. Gets worse the colder it gets... which is almost half the year here in Minnesota. It's a lot of fun having a squeaky vehicle for that many months of the year without anyway to fix it.

I've been to the dealer and they couldn't replicate it of course. They did say my parking brake cable was out of place and it was rubbing on the bottom of the box... weird. Glad they fixed that.. but it didn't solve the squeak. After finding so much info of the same issue on forums without a cause, I just chalked it up as something we just have to live with.

At first I thought it was mostly Mojave's with the issue, but I see it's basically everyone now. I have a '21 Sport S with the Max Tow package. Sure would be nice if someone would figure out a solution.

Mine made it when new on certain roads, 5000 miles on the odometer now, and have not heard it in a while. Stock HA.

For some reason, the suspension squeaks on my 4 yr old 2021 Rubicon are exceptionally bad this year. The funny thing is, after the vehicle is moving for a few minutes, the squeaking basically goes away. Is this a cold temps + dirty component issue? I wish I could keep everything cleaner in the winter, but in Minnesota the salt usage is off the charts. I car wash when the temps allow it.

I have a 2023 Mojave I bought last summer with about 18k miles on it. No noises until the temps dropped below the mid 50s. Same noise everyone else has described. It is definitely worse and louder sounding when moving on uneven ground and when colder. It does go away after a few minutes of driving usually.

A new wrinkle is that I hear a similar noise now sometimes when cold and it is going through the first one or two shifts to the next gear. Has anyone else experienced this noise at lower shifts also? Did anyone ever figure out what was causing this?
