Yeah, explain why the window controls are in the middle and not on the doors. There are other electronics in the door already and if the doors are off you don't need a controller for the windows. So why is it in the middle taking up space that could be better used.

I have a Gladiator Overland with the parking sensors on the rear bumper, and would like to make this swap. I believe this steel version is only available from the factory on the Rubicon trim with the parking sensors.

I am sorry but no such kit exists. Attached is a schematic that makes up all of the parts to assemble this. It was over 1k last we checked.

Oops jumped the gun. I DM'd you my order details. Might need to cancel and reorder. BTW, this is on the 2018 JLUR Wrangler. I assume all these steel bumpers are the same.
