Anyone experience a noise when turning steering wheel to the right side? I only hear it when I turn to the right. Almost like a rubbing noise

Is this static or when driving? Cant tell if you are driving in the clip or not.

I’ve got a similar noise but only when driving at slow speeds and turning the wheel.
my service department replaced the steering pump and That did not fix it now they are going to need it for a few days to hook up some sound machine to try to find it

I have similar issue in my 07 charger. Only seems to be noticable when it is cold in the AM.

My service center has done the following.
1: change power steering.
2: changed shocks
Chrysler told them it was the wheels rubbing... my service center told them it is not that They have a tech down there looking. And they still said it is the wheels...
has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
it does seem to be worse when it is cold.
