If you are asking about the use of rivnuts with the Billie Bars tailgate cover, there is a bunch of info in this thread and this particular post:
https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/new-billiebars-tailgate-cover.63695/post-1049875

It prolly all comes from my "discussion" with the BillieBars guys about how the tailgate cover is not flush at the edge closest to the bottom of the tailgate in their marketing pics (at least the pics they used back then):

So when I installed mine, I essentially ground a similar looking hole in the marine foam at the two corners and used a sheet metal screw to hold those corners down.

It sounds like @DirectHit took it a step further and used rivnuts in the tailgate in order to fasten that lower edge.

If that's not what you were referring to then disregard my diatribe.
You are 100% correct, and it was your thread that made me pull the trigger.

Installed the new midsize single drawer decked system this weekend. I was tired of having bins upon bins for my camping gear, along with not having a good spot to groceries when the cab is full of kids!

So far, I am loving it. Install was a breeze and I am awful at installing things. Feeling pretty proud and happy :)
Been thinking about purchasing this for quite some time. Any sag in the rear springs that you can tell of? Thank you!

Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth. As they are doing that. Look for movement in the rod ends. Shouldn't be any. Twisting really doesn't show wear.
Thanks Rusty PW for the insight! Sure enough, found many bolts that weren't torqued to spec.

Might consider the Apex Chassis tie rod n drag link in the future.

If 200 lbs is making my rear end sag we got bigger problems.
In conclusion; nothing that I noticed :D

Got my lift installed today. Funny how a two inch AEV spacer lift on the Mojave with 35’s is taller than the Rubicon with 37’s with a 2 inch Mopar lift. Granted the BFG’s are small. And the Mojave sits tall to begin with. Bottom line, I like it! Soft topper, graphics, and seat covers and I am done. At least that I told my wife.

i’m not sure where you’re at, but I have a soft topper that I’m going to sell. I no longer need it since I have a camper. I’m located in Northern California.

Inspected my battery terminals cause it wouldn’t start - all fine. Then saw that the dash indicated a 10.3 volts. I watched it go from 10.3V to 8.8V in a few seconds on the dash but idk how accurate that is vs putting a multimeter on the battery.

I jumped it last week assuming I left something on. Drove it to Maine and back over the weekend and it did great. Dead again this evening. Here we go, flashbacks to when I owned my gremlin ass Acura MDX in college.

edit: both batteries are newly installed as of April 2024 šŸ™ƒ

Seems like the case and maybe it is, I have no idea. The batteries were just replaced in April though. No mods since then except the Kenwood tweeters. That could be the issue I suppose but that was back in mid-May.

Edit: Also I’m just venting on this thread about this pos acting up right now when I need it to work normally. I’ve been searching other threads for solutions but at the end of the day, it’s just gotta go to the dealer. It is what it is.

Charge the batteries up using a charger. Then check for a draw with everything off.
