This reminds me of a prank we played on a guy. Attached big zip ties to his drive shaft. Alternated the pig tails so when he started off it made a heck of a racket on the tub. Freaked him out and as they started to break off he said” Listen it’s fixing itself!!”. He didn’t live that one down very soon.
We taped a harmonica to the cross member of our VP's truck, drove him nuts for a couple weeks before we quietly removed it. It did make it's rounds to a couple of managers vehicles also over a period of time.

This rack system has been in work for several months. Rockslide Engineering rack. RSI drop down rack. Cheapie table rack. Rough country chase lights. All done now. I like this rack because you can open the side for bed access.

First official ‘hand wash’ since last fall.

Got Izzy all cleaned and getting ready for our trip tomorrow to Charlestown SC.

It’ll be a 10-12 hour drive (pending traffic and 95 😳) from Lancaster, PA.

We haven’t taken a vacation like this in years…. Yea, gas prices suck…. but whatta ya gonna do? Maybe the annoying people will stay home and we’ll have an enjoyable - traffic free - drive to & from. 😂

OMG…does it look pink? Oh god NOoooooooooo!!! 😂

It’s orange (to match the Mojave orange) and it’s a Mud Terrain track.

Just the lighting it still looks good. I’ve never seen a pin stripe like that before.

How long will you be visiting? I'll be leaving after work Thursday to head there myself for 5 days. Grew up there and still have family there. Beautiful area. Enjoy and safe travels.

A question to those that have a Sunrider top -

Yeah, I'm thinking of getting one. Sure, them Freedom panels are easy-peasy to remove, but flipping that fabric top back is a whole lot easier !!

I know interior noise will be greater with fabric; I put those 1" thick sound deadening pads on all roof panels, it did make it slightly quieter, but not to the point where you can whisper to your front passenger....lol. I haven't been through a Texas summer yet with the Jeep, it's unknown how well they'll deflect heat. My father-in-law had a JK and I remember touching his Freedom panels in the summer, and jeez-Louise that roof got HOT.

My question is; with the summer temperature here in Texas getting hotter than the door hinges to Hell, will that fabric top make it feel like I have the door open on my kitchen oven ? I'll be honest, I prefer comfort over convenience. If the Sunrider is just going to bake me, I'll leave it on my wish list....
I'm in Florida so a somewhat similar climate. My sunrider comes off and the Freedom panels go back in sometime in April. I also make the swap if I'm going on a long interstate trip. The Sunrider is much louder. I can feel the heat radiating from it in the Florida summers. I still really like it during the top down months. Once the initial install is done, it only takes a few minutes to swap it with the Freedom panels.
