What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Ok, I didn‘t do all of this today, but thought I would give an update. Here’s what I‘ve done to my 2022 High Altitude since buying it a month ago:
— 2” Mopar lift kit
— 35” Nitto Ridge Grapplers tires (on stock 20” wheels)
— Replaced running boards with Rough Country nerf steps
— Installed Builtright utility rails and molle panels in bed
— Installed Softopper

I‘ve also ordered the Datin Fab rack that goes over the Softopper, but that won’t arrive for a couple of weeks.

I know that the stock High Altitude is a bit polarizing, but I like the progress I’m making on it. Would love to hear feedback on the before and after, as well as thoughts about the rack over the Softopper.

Hauled my takeoffs over to tire shop to have them dismounted. Been having trouble selling them so will try to sell tires separately. Stopped for a beer on the way home.

Today I added a Curt front receiver hitch to accept my snow plow and then reworked the plow mount to lower it (the plow was 10” off the ground on the gladiator vs the Ram)
Also added front floor liners from quadratec to control the mud and dirt this winter.

Re-routed my Voswitch power wires and made my own aux switch wiring harness and mounts for both. Instead of wiring any future lights one by one, which are on order, I will already have the power wires ran. I have the Voswitch with 6 spots. Each one got their own color power wire just like the factry aux switches. 1-red-winch power isolator, 2-white-white driving lights (future order), 3-yellow-Diode Dynamics 6" amber light bar, 4-blue-A pillar lights (on order), 5-green, Vision X rear bumper lights (on order), 6-vacant for now. No pic but I put LaminX light tint on my license plate lights to try and cut out the glare on the reverse camera. Hopefully it will do the job and not get me noticed by the cops for the tag light not being bright.

Tried to install a tazer mini but the truck threw multiple codes: bcm dtc U1514-87 and pcm U0168 even with latest update. Not sure what's going on

What happened to the original motor?

The Gen 3 motors go into sleep mode after I think 5mins of inactivity, which reduces parasitic battery drain. The motor for what ever reason was stuck in sleep mode, so the steps would not deploy.

Gen 3 Sliders have to be removed to service the motor.
