I’m not sure how likely it is to cause damage but i I wouldn’t be doing work under hood with the acc on.
I would try to be more deliberate in which fuses you pull?
If you had aux package you could wire to those; since you don’t, you can still pretty easily find an ACC fuse and a constant power from the battery.
I’m not sure if you can tap the fuses for the aux package if yours didn’t come with it.. but you can test those and see.
F72 aux constant
F50 aux Ignition source

or could tap the seat heater fuses
F57 heated driver seat
F58 heated pass seat
F60 heated steering
F52 cigarette lighter.
What if you don't have heated seats? I have a Sport S (pretty low to the bottom of the totem pole) it appeared to me that there was NO fuse assembly in the fuse block if that particular option was not included with the vehicle, ie: heated driver's seat, etc.

I’m pretty sure the seat heaters will work..

I’m not sure about the aux fuses if you don’t have them stock, but it’s easy to plug in the fuse tap and see if you have voltage with a multimeter (when engine on).

Yesterday replaced factory hinge liners with plastic ones. Major pain to remove the Oem ones. I only did the front doors for now. The driver door was getting worn, and I’ve been removing and replacing doors often as of late. I’ll save the review until later after they’ve been in for a bit.

My Terra Acoustics front dash speakers arrived today. Took about a month and a half. They look and sound really nice. I had the Kenwood KFC in there previously, which sounded great. There's definitely a different sound through these. The Terra Acoustics description says these are less efficient, which I did notice, as I had to turn up the volume a bit higher. The overall equalization is much better and it does really sound more balanced. I paid extra for the red trim rings to match the Rubi red trim.

I tried installing the vent lights today but failed. I’m new to wiring. I’ve been trying to figure this out all night, maybe you can help!

Where exactly do you attach the white wire that is coming off the vent light? I think once I know where and how to connect that white wire I will be set. I believe I have the other 3 wires adapted correctly.

thanks, hope you can help!

Installed the Red Rock dead pedal. FYI if you have the mopar brake controller then the bolt that holds it is in the way. I drilled another hole in the mount to accommodate but was still a PITA to get it installed. Also put BFG 285/75r17 KO2’s on.

Glad they didn’t go to waste. For some reason, they just didn’t fit me. My wife seems to like them on passenger though.
