Installed a RubiGrid from BulletPoint and wired a charging station through a 12V splitter behind the radio up to the mount.

Thanks @TheHops for the write up.

Now I can have my phone and tablet and multiple devices charging at once, as well as conceal most of the cables.

Didn't take any pictures during install, but will grab some of the final mounting setup tomorrow, it got dark and cold tonight.

BTW. If I remember correctly, the mount was inexpensive. When it arrived, I didn’t hold much hope because it seemed like it might be a little delicate. So fat it’s held up just fine.
Gotcha thanks

Today's theme was 20 questions projects. I fixed my broken Rugged Ridge Snorkel with some JB weld and a Popsicle stick. I added my 392 Gold badges and tailgate emblems that match all my bronze accents. And I put some dust caps on the chrome door locks.

Little things to bring the truck together.

That all took about an hour, so I threw in a new to me Quadratec Stealth Light bar that I picked up for a pretty good price.

AKA, the "Jesus Beam". Because the first thing you say once it hits your eyes is "Oh JESUS!"

I didn't want to be that guy, but now I've gone Lightbars before Lockers. ?
(I promise Lockers are on the list! Just saving up for it.)

Thanks. Yeah emblems are a bit more involved then you would think, especially the tailgate. I went to work on that one when I did my tailgate wrap about a week ago. Fishing line and gloves to slowly saw through the adhesive behind the badge, and 3M adhesive remover set to soak on the leftover goo, plus shop towels and rubbing alcohol to clean up. The tailgate alone took over an hour.

Thankfully the fender emblems today did not fight me at all, and I let the adhesive remover do the heavy lifting. About 30 minutes.

You’re faster than me. Same methods on my fenders took me easily over an hour per fender.

I agree completely. I’ll leave the system like it is when it’s time. I’ll replace with higher quality, but equal setup. Mine are still original and have lasted since July ‘21 and almost 50k miles. I attribute their decent life span to the hood solar that constantly maintains them.
A hood solar ...say what !!!! Seriously @WILDHOBO pic please ?

Many will and have said it’s not worth it, but I really like it. It’s from Cascadia 4x4. It’s only 30w I think because the rubicon hood vents decrease real estate. It’s 80w on sports and overlands. It comes with a charge controller. The controller uses the vehicle batteries as storage, so it acts as a maintainer. It also has an accessory output that automatically cuts off before the battery starts to get low. I wired the accessory output to a cigarette lighter socket under the rear seats.

Well, yesterday, Scratched it and dinged it off road, had a crack at some stuff I would normally never try
Nothing major, but after many adventures off road, this is the first time its noticeable
I am torn,
wanna use the JTR for what it is made for , but dam, to expensive to trash it, just gotta find the balance in between
(Acceptance is the beginning of true peace lol)

Finished my fender mods project. Installed “front” Xtreme Recon flares on the rears, mounted flush with the bottom on my Sport S. It wasn’t terrible but I don’t want to do another one. ?

And installed the RockBlokz XL flaps on the rear. Had to make a small clearance in the inner liner to clear. These things are so solid!

Well I like it . And as far as looks go . It's no different than those giant black stickers people put on the hoods. Secondly as least it does something (battery maintain) beside just stick on there and do nothing.
