I have the same stabilizer. I’ve done all the work on this thing for several years now, and this was the time I reached out for help as well. They initially assumed I’d had missed something loose. But the track bar bushings had prematurely failed, and I need new wheel bearings. That combo allowed it to get out of spec. Plus my original (steel) steering gearbox is tired. So after the holidays and the move are done, I think I’m tackling a steering box upgrade in the form of psc adventure kit. I already have the replacement track bar bushings in a box. Need to order wheel bearings.
I drove my buddies '23 JTM that has a MC GC 3.5 kit and does not have these issues. So I measured mine and his and I see some differences. So I'll make some adjustments and should be good.

I still need to install the new front driveshaft and steering box stabilizer too. His track bar has about 5-6 more thread exposed over mine measuring from the jam nut. I through my angles finder on the front diff and I'm off or negative 3* from his.

So I have a solid working point and measurements to work with.

Yeah zero death wobble til I relocated the stabilizer. But once it happened and I got home....I reached out to my Jeep subject matter expert. Took the measurements and he was like bam........
Did you do a flip kit with the track bar relocate?

That’s nice to be able to compare.

Do you have any experience with Moog wheel bearing hub assemblies? Or any other aftermarket option that’s better than Oem?

Yes, I flipped the drag link as well.
That I haven’t done yet. But mine streered like a Camry until this started happening all of a sudden. Oh well. Parts wear out.

Perfect couldnt see it. I did the track bar relocation and didn't have time for the drag link flip for a week lol. Bump steer like something fierce lol glad it was not my DD. Watch your clearance on passager side frame to drag link. My 4.5in RK with a flip kit is 1/2in from rubbing full flex.

Ok, so prior to my steering stabilizer relocation it was mounted to the OEM stabilizer mounting points.....aka, can't fuck it up.

I just centered the steering wheel and measured again and there is an offset in the new location. See pictures below. Would this much of an offer from passenger side to driver side cause an issue?

I'm a GM guys and can do those suspensions and build an LS motor with my eyes closed. This is the deepest I've gone with a Jeep suspension.......so pride aside and looking to learn.

So drivers side measured out at 4 3/4" and the passenger side measured out at 3 1/2"

So an 1 1/4" is a big difference in any suspension

Turn your steering wheel full passager and use a ratchet strap to hold it in place. Compress steering damper till it's about 3/8s from bottoming out. That is the proper way to set per fox.

Been there lol. Also check to see if your track bar is good.

Level jeep frame side to side, drop a string line off each frame rail with weight and measurement from knuckle on each side and adjust track bar. you can alway go from center of axle but harder with just yourself.

Yup, the track bar is good. It's the beefy MC bar with less than 10k miles on it

Literally the only suspension or steering part that hasn't been changed is the side to side tie rod......and I will be getting that w/I the month.

After that will be the Hellwig rear sway bar. When I get my bonus in March/April I will be upgrading to the MC Black Sport bypass shocks. They will be full length so then I can remove the shock relocation brackets front & rear and have more travel.

Again, I appreciate everyones experience and knowledge.

Shock upgrade will be nice to get rid of the brackets. Have you looked into the rock jock rear swaybar? I did their HD version and love it allows for a lot more flex and cleans up the rear axle a lot.
