Got them installed. Like others, I attached the clips into the more rigid plastic behind the fender liner instead of in the mud flaps themselves. Much more rigid this way. Not obtrusive at all and covers almost all of the tread. These are the XL Originals.

Follow up, took it for a test run in the rain today and zero tire spray on doors, mirrors & hinges. A+ rating

Just talked with Chris over at Grimm, he says Feb before the next shipment arrives.

OUCH! I will be back on deployment well before that arrives. Ordered in November. I guess I should've ordered it BEFORE I bought the Jeep. Steel shortage? COVID? Divorce? Remote Workers? Or does everyone want this winch plate? Just venting since the clock is ticking until I deploy. Thanks for the intel.

We're surprised they are out of them, they are super popular, so we have standing orders with Grimm to keep them coming to us.

Just installed a Christmas present Quadratec dead pedal with rubber pad. Super easy to install and so natural feeling I immediately forgot it was there.

It should have been there from the start, IMO.
