Should prevent damaged paint and rust.

Now you have to figure out if it's blonde, red, black (3 kinds of black), or auburn. Each one is a different thickness.
@Rusty PW, Well played, tip of the hat and a nod. Keeping with the theme, ordered new steering damper today to hopefully address the wildly random death wobble I've been getting lately, but almost always when it's below 35°F, we're doing regular 30-40 temp swings lately here around STL MO the last couple weeks.

They make me think of how the Artec high clearance rear bumper has aluminum skid plates that do the same thing as these. They are replaceable once they get messed up and keep the actual bumper from dragging on the rocks. Also makes me think of the knee pucks that sportbike riders have on the knees of their riding suits.
So are those like the triangle shape pencil cap errasors? I've got those bed sliders and they've taken some good hits, no worse for wear. What are they even made of? I've been thinking of taking off my factory Rubicon rails, including the bed ones, down to the local LineX shop that I had my bed coated at, solid, precise work, and the LineX is a tough as nails product from what I've put it through.

Just installed the rear rock rail paint protector. Mopar parts for the win!

Wait, you have a "paint protector" for your paint protector? That's like having a koozie for your beer koozie.
