I watched your video where you bolted the mounts directly to your rack, and I thought "damn, I must have been wrong" so I immediately went outside to try again. Strangely enough, the holes were still about an 1/8" off (too close)...absolutely no way to get both bolts in without drilling out the holes. Tried every set of holes down the length of the rack and wouldn't fit anywhere, and in fact some of the sets of holes seemed even closer together. Mentioned that to Fab Fours and they said they were all computer laser drilled, so couldn't possibly be a QC issue. But, like I said, I didn't really want them mounted at the top of the rack anyway. All's well that end's well, I suppose.

I don't mind the weight of the rack - hauled it (and about another 500lbs of gear) over Imogene Pass, Engineer Pass and Ophir Pass with no problem - it just hasn't turned out to be very practical for attaching anything other than my RTT. On the other hand, I don't want a rack that looks like every other rack, so my options are limited.
Thats so weird. Their quality and craftsmanship seems so good. But ive been there before.
I like the rack and I like that its different from everyone else's. But I took it off for the hell of it one weekend and I was like "holy crap I've got a new truck!".

If I don't sell it, I'll just flop back and forth. Change it up every so often.

Installed Rigid 360 series (6 inch) driving lights. I contemplated these for quite some time, as these are not cheap, and I could not find any at bargain prices. I ended up buying on Amazon (showed up via UPS within two days). The lights and brackets are very high quality. The brackets had very sharp edges, so I had to deburr and sand the edges with a cordless sanding disk. The hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) are also really nice (perfect quantity). The brackets are nice, as they have square holes for carriage bolts, making it easier to use a single wrench from underneath. There are also three holes, which provide flexibility in mounting. In my case, I needed to use the outer holes so the light clears the ATP winch guard/ bumper hoop.

Here are a couple close ups of the mounting holes (three hole options).

For as much as one would pay for the Rigid lights, the pigtails come with bare wire ends, so I bought a Deutsch connector kit to connect to a lighting harness (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076C4MXR1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The harness is really nice. For only $12, you get a Y connector, which I shortened with butt connectors. It also comes with a pair of male end pigtails (which I put on another set, which I'll post later).

After I shortened the Y's, here is what it looks like. The other end is wired to one of my Aux switches and frame ground.

Picture below is where I joined the light connectors (passenger side, near factory fog light connector).

This is what the end of the light harness looks like after connecting the DT connector to the bare ends of the light pigtails. I tied the red and white (main lights and backlight) together. You can get fancy and wire the backlight to come on independently, but I chose to have it off and come on together. Brightness of the backlight is almost negligible.

Pretty happy with the way it turned out. These are extremely bright!

Good install video. I also installed the Hauk Offroad kit last week.

However, after heating up the letters, I used fishing line (can also use dental floss) to start the letter removal. The fishing line "sliced" through the adhesive behind the letters. No damage at all to the original Jeep letters so they would be reusable.

I thought about it. But I was too lazy to go get it. Now i wish I would have.

well added a wrap today, new short antenna and the dealer put all new fenders on it because they had some sort of paint splatter that would not come off. as well as the new gear in the steering box to correct the wander...i dont feel it helped at all but we will see...have a great day

Is that a HD version of the ARE cap ? What’s the load rating ?
Sorry I missed your question. No it isn’t and ARE claims 150lbs or so of dynamic load. I’m sitting around 200lbs but distributed over 6 feet.
