I’m still getting random reboots and it’s maddening. I’m hoping there is an update out there that will correct the issue

I took this screen shot from this forum back in March. I took it to the dealer and they said there was no update… I just said so Brit for mine just flickers with iPhone hooked up.

Not sure if these current… this was posted by @JeepCares I believe.

I'm pretty sure you can use mopar.com or uconnect's website to check this.
I know I found somewhere on mopar.com said I had the newest version so maybe check there.

Last info I had was that version 1848.34 (184834) was the latest per TSB 08-015-21 to address the flicker issue on the 7" radios.

For whatever reason, this 1848.34 update has not been released from the Uconnet website for end users to download and update on their own. Seems you have to go the dealership and make a warranty claim for them to apply this update at the dealership .

Hopefully they put it online so I don’t need to make an appointment with the dealership and wait while it’s updated. Frustrating they way Jeep deals with this whole Uconnect garbage

Does nothing for those currently, but supposedly in coming model years they are going to a more Android base system and that will mean OTA updates.
