What is this trim panel called

Ok I am feeling extra dumb tonight ? What the heck is this trim part along the inside bottom of the door that clips over the carpet called and where can I find a replacement? I would think it would have something to donwith the sill but Inhave had zero luck googling that. Please help!! ??‍
