There is a very neat system that I’m using. It’s sold by Baja Designs and it’s called Spod. It provides 8ea 30 amp connections. Each protected by a 30 disconnect. The switch box mounts on the driver side of the engine compartment using stock jeep bolts. There is one small control cable that you need to run into the cab, normally via the grommet that jeep has near the brake booster. There are a couple of mounting options for the control panel. You can add a second 8 port power switch assembly if needed. The dash mounted control panel will also display the battery voltage when you activate the control panel.

This may help a lil?

That's heading in the right direction. In the diesel, there isn't even that much room between the battery and side. I'm thinking it almost needs to be a hinged/mounted platform that goes above the batter and uses the space to the hood. With the amount of mods that we all like to do, kinda wish the engineers planned for this. I would rather pay someone for the part that custom manufacture it myself, but if I need to buy and start fabricating, I guess I will.

That's closer to what I'm thinking, but I need even more space....larger. Would be great to include bus bars as well for both + and -. Anderson connector is a great idea. I use those for my LiFePo batteries in the motorhome. Love them.

That is good for relays and data. Nice looking, but I've already chosen a different pace that that. Now it more of the other junk that is just stuff all around and in between that I want to clean up in the engine.
