Under the drivers-side cowl is a wire connection. Does anyone know what this goes to or what it is for?

Looks like an unused harness for something, Is it hot?

That is hooked up to the driver seat for the eject button that is on your remote start so if somebody is stealing your gladiator you just hit the eject button and they are out of the gladiator

Does this have anything to do with the Aux Switch option? I can't imagine that anything would be pre-ran to a specific location, though.

Definitely not part of the Aux. Switch package.

Put a couple pieces of wire in it and touch them to your tongue

Had a couple comments from the Facebook group saying that it's for Adaptive Cruise Control, which I don't have.
