Not trying to sound self righteous, but some of yall need to pay attention to what’s on the window sticker when you buy. I couldn’t do without my remote start and heated seats and steering wheel. I mean, I could and have in the past but I would have sold it a long time ago. It makes me hate winter less.

I also think that they’ve been out long enough now that a lot of people are buying used vs when I first bought mine 2/2020 and we were all early adopters that knew exactly what we bought.

I have drone mobile as well installed on my 2025 Gladiator. Do your flashers stay on when remote starting?
No. They flash when starting but more like a confirmation that the truck got the signal.

My 2020 Gladiator Overland came with factory remote start, it's very very slow to start using the app like maybe 3 minute response time. The FOB it starts right up within seconds. Anyways Ive used drone mobile for years with great success, only ever had one small issue. Drone Mobile would be my first choice.

I just use the key on mine. 2020 overland. It has surprisingly good range. I just press the lock button from inside the house or work till I hear it honk. It honks twice. Then I press the remote start button twice like you’re supposed to and it honks one more time and starts. It starts from a few hundred feet away. I have to really listen for the honk, but I’m petty and also cheap and it pissed me off that thy only offered it for free on the app for a year when my other vehicles were three years for free.

It was actually part of the cold weather package clear up through at least 2022, maybe later.
Now it's bundled differently, but it was the way to get it for years, even in Grand Cherokee.
I know this is an old comment, but since someone else just bumped the thread...
My 2021 Sport S came with remote start but I did not order the cold weather package. The remote start was part of that cold weather package ( along with heated seats, steering wheel, and I believe also different tires/wheels), but it was also included in one of the other packages like convenience or technology they offered when I ordered it. I made the mistake of thinking I would not miss the heated seats and steering wheel if I had the remote start, and the cold weather package was a lot of money for just those 2 things, since I got the remote start in another package, and the max tow tires and wheels over-rode the cold weather ones. I totally was not thinking about how nice those heated seats are on a bad back, especially after several hours of driving.
